The reconfiguration will help ensure Beyond Hunger’s continued ability to provide nourishing food to the community in a convenient, desirable way-offering another dignifying choice for local families. This June, those funds will support the restructuring and resurfacing of the parking lot at First United Church of Oak Park where Beyond Hunger rents space. If you have questions regarding grocery pick up please email Hunger’s Drive-Thru food pantry will be safer and more efficient thanks to a grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Our Social Services team is available for walk-ins at First United Church of Oak Park from 12:30pm-5:30pm on Wednesdays and 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Our Drive-Thru and walk-in Community Market are once again open at 848 Lake Street, First United Church of Oak Park. Street parking around First United Church of Oak Park will be limited. When arriving for the Community Market please look for signs directing you to our basement entrance off of Kenilworth near the back of the church property.

It wasn’t long before she decided to get her Illinois Real Estate License and become a Broker. Suddenly she was back in the thick of it, and she remembered how much she loved the energy and excitement of buying and selling real estate. It was in the spring of 2013, that her perfect opportunity came along and she took the position of office manager at Beyond Properties Realty. She continued visiting open houses and watching the market.
